A fun a detailed historical museum prior to the 86th floor observation deck was great. Might be higher viewpoints but none as historic. Something you’ll remember the rest of your days.

Visited here quite some time ago. The interior is beautiful and the roof views are incredible.

We have visited the Empire State Building multiple times over the years and always had a great experience. This time was no different and we had the pleasure of speaking with Charisma, our cashier checking us out as we bought gifts for family members. She was polite, helpful, informative and even listened to a dad joke that my husband tried to tell. She was a delight to speak with and even after dealing with tired over stimulated children made our trip to the Empire State Building worthwhile. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, she is definitely a star employee.

The views and the photo opportunities were amazing. My family will have lasting memories of the experience and the kind employees to help guide us in the entry to order the tickets were the very best! I’d love to though talk to someone about the ordering experience. It may have been due to not ordering ahead of time that it occurred so for future guests I’d recommend planning ahead to prevent rework on correcting any ordering error. I tried calling to speak to someone and was hung up on. Still need to try to work out the discrepancy

AMAZING

I’ve been going to the Empire State Building my entire life. My mom worked there decades ago, and it has always been near to my heart. The experience is nothing short of amazing and beautiful and the new renovation makes getting up there a breeze, almost too easy. I recall waiting for long periods of time and getting in crowded elevators. Now those memories are nostalgic.
