Awesome experience to do @ NYC

We booked a VIP premium experience tour for the morning of last day in the city. You take a chance on weather and today we were socked in with clouds drizzle and zero visibility! But, we had Renita as our ambassador and I for that we hit the jackpot! Her knowledge about and passion for the Empire State Building is palpable and we soaked it up like a sponge! And because of the weather it was like we had the place to ourselves! She made sure that we had an incredible experience and even gave us a voucher to use in the future since we missed out on the views! The entire experience and everyone we encountered was friendly and professional and Renita was the best of the best!

This was such fun and a must do for first timers in NYC! The building is gorgeous and the museum inside was super interactive. We went on a really cold night and they had heaters on around the outside observatory deck so it made it so much more comfortable. Staff was kind and it was definitely worth it!

We enjoyed our visit to the ESB. We visited the 80th, 86th, and 102nd floors and highly recommend upgrading to do so. The views were remarkable and it was great to learn about the history of the building.
